The Role & Team

We have a unique opportunity for an Optometrist to join our Graduate Optometry Team on a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting into the Head of Graduate Development for ANZ, you will work in partnership with the three other Graduate Optometry Development Managers to help lead the delivery of the industry leading Specsavers Graduate Program. Your day-to-day will involve working with graduates and store partners to support the clinical and professional development of early-career optometrists. This is the perfect opportunity for you to shift your Optometry career in a new and unique direction!

The skills we are looking for

• Significant professional experience as an Optometrist

• Essential to this role is the completion of the two-year Specsavers Graduate Program
class="space-y-2 my-4">
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver Graduate Program Workshops to small and large audiences

• Ability to build rapport with professionals at all levels and work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
