Gulf & Ranges Optometrists have a unique role available for an Optometrist - whether you’re experienced, recently graduated, or anywhere in between. Join our large and supportive team in Port Augusta and experience full-scope optometry in a dynamic regional setting.

• Work alongside visiting Ophthalmologists at Port Augusta Hospital each month

• Join a diverse optometry team: 2 senior optometrists, 2 early career optometrists and a graduate - offering daily support and mentoring

• Access structured fortnightly multi-practice CPD, plus external courses for continual growth

• No weekends, and our practice closes between Christmas and New Year

• If you prefer part-time, enjoy a consistent fortnightly roster (4 consecutive days one week, 4-5 the next, depending on FTE preference)

What we’re looking for

• Passion for full-scope optometry, with an interest in eye health management, therapeutics, and co-management with specialists
