Collin & Kirk Rosanna are looking for an enthusiastic and patient focused Optical Receptionist/Assistant to join our team for a part-time role from Monday to Wednesday.

What you’ll be doing:

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism.

• Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and enquiries.

• Assist patients in choosing frames and lenses that suit their prescription, lifestyle, and style.
class="space-y-2 my-4">
• Maintain accurate records, billing, and invoicing.
class="space-y-2 my-4">
• Provide support with ordering, stock control, and product knowledge.
class="space-y-2 my-4">
• Deliver follow up services such as frame adjustments and minor repairs.

About you:

• Previous optical or reception experience preferred, but not essential.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
class="space-y-2 my-4">
• A friendly, compassionate manner with patients.
class="space-y-2 my-4">
• An interest in fashion and eyewear trends.

• A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
